1. Agreement

By creating an ArcTerminal account or using the terminal you agree to these terms. If you are using ArcTerminal on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade crypto derivatives where you live.

2. Not financial advice

ArcTerminal is an informational risk monitoring tool. Alerts, risk scores, research summaries, and simulations are analysis, not investment advice, solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Every trading decision is yours. Crypto derivatives carry substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials secure and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Track public wallet addresses only. Do not submit wallet private keys, seed phrases, or exchange trading credentials.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute ArcTerminal data feeds, reverse engineer the agent, attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls, or use the service for unlawful activity or market manipulation.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or place its infrastructure at risk.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the period you selected until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the current period.

Beta features may change or be withdrawn. Prices can change with notice before your next renewal.

6. Availability

Market data providers, exchanges, and networks can fail. Research and scenario calculations may be incomplete or inaccurate. This beta does not execute trades or monitor positions in the background.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcTerminal is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The ArcTerminal software, models, interface, and brand belong to us. You keep ownership of the data you supply and grant us a licence to process it so we can provide the service.

9. Termination

You can request account closure through the contact page. We may terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post updates here and notify you in product before material changes take effect. Continuing to use ArcTerminal after that means you accept the updated terms.
